You made an excellent point about the pumpers on that board tripping over themselves to hype this thing. (STDF). Just realized too that NONE of the P&D crowd were in that stock at the beginning of its run. Most got on board late in the day after it got up to +500%. (Red flag there as they will be urging people to buy at what is now too high of a PPS while making off-the-wall predictions, usually stocks collapse after a big weekend pump, come Monday reality sets in with a big decline) Stock was very quiet up to Friday, very few posts prior, the key on a lot of these plays is to be in BEFORE the run-up, usually too late when it make exponential gains. Popularity has a way of killing further momo. The exceptions (GWAY, LEXG) become holy grails used by promoters to sell other stocks as the next big thing....ddk

Total sales are capped at $1,500,000 of which $577,500 had been sold to 7 different unaccredited investors at the time of the amended filing and $922,500 remained to be sold.


So now we get a better idea of how long Franco Inc has been involved and what theirs and Green Earth Strategies roll has been (in part) so far.

Looks like Franco Inc uses a virtual address and most definitely is not the PR firm from the Detroit area I mentioned in my last post. So Franco Inc could be anybody. I don't even see a Franco Inc registered in California unless this is it




Green Earth Strategies uses a mail box rental. That isn't a good sign for that company.

Neither one of them lists themselves as a broker on the public offering filing.

SIWS has contracted with IET, 380 B Whirlaway Drive Suite #7 Danville Kentucky 40422 to build its state of the art waste gasification plant on site. The IET plant will be capable of processing 800 tons per day of hazardous and industrial waste.This plant would process all of the incoming waste and begin to mine the existing landfill for waste.

David Strumeier is best known for his tenure at Pro Player, a manufacturer of licensed sports apparel and accessories for men, women, and which he founded in 1988.He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from New Jersey’s Rider University with special emphases in Marketing and Psychology.


This company sure has moved around a lot and passed through a lot of hands. Next I'll check out the legitimacy of this claim that SIWS has worked out a contract with IET for them to build the first SIWS plant.

So far I have found no company named IET or with the initials IET located at that address. It is possible they have moved in the past year, but they still should have had some internet presence at that address at some point in time if they are a real company capable of constructing a waste to energy plant.

Here we are a year after the PR and the company's progress amounts to one storage facility (pole barn looking building) that looks like it may be mostly completed.

It will be interesting to see if they solved the permit issues that put halted the whole thing 5 years ago when all of the exact same plans and projections were being used by IPWG.

I find a tangled web trying to unravel the nxglobal (negs)/steadfast holdings group/scorpex inc/global green/norman j. birmingham/robyn bailey/david lafave relationships/connections.

I called the Scorpex investor relations contact today...MissionIR...I explained to Michael McArthy? at 404-941-8975 that the address listed for MissionIR in Georgia coincided with a UPS Store and asked if I could I obtain a physical address...he said they did not disclose that information...I asked what state the business was registered in and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about....I asked what Secretary of State was MissionIR registered with and he said he would not answer any more questions and hung up on me.

Sorta made me go 'hmmmmmm'.....
