SPRX / NEGS - I had a feeling you might be coming here to inquire about SRPX.

Just wrote you a post on that forum:

I haven't looked at SRPX since STDG announced the name change and Reverse Split on May 1, 2011, but prior to that I did some research and it looked to me like Joseph Caywood was taking over the shell to make a second try at (or run a rinse wash repeat of) a failed Mexican based waste disposal plant and waste to energy facility operation that he first attempted with IPWG back in 2004.

Here was a post I made back in April digging into Joseph Caywood's background and the immediate background of the STDG shell leading up to the name change.

I was not impressed then. Not sure what has happened here since May 1, 2011. After some initial hype it doesn't look like the share price has held up too well.

I also took a brief look at NEGS in the past too.

Boy what an ugly shell NEGS is. I see it is now on no bid. The warning signs were very bright on that one by early June that it was on its way to being parked on no bid.

Maybe I'll revisit this one in the coming days to see what can be learned now these many months later and see if I can help you make sense of some of the dots you have started connecting.

NEGS - Global Green Resources Inc

I just realized that I had already posted about the connection between NEGS and Robyn Bailey's company, Global Green Resources Inc

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64852250

On March 17, 2010 the current CEO, David LaFave, took over

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7135474

On March 30, 2010 Robyn Bailey, owner of Global Green Resources Inc, is added as an officer (Secretary) of NEGS and as a Director

The next day a press release goes out announcing that NEGS had purchased Robyn Bailey's company, Global Green Resources Inc

http://www.greenstocksrock.com/index.php/Green-Computing/Green-Computing/negs.html

Before this time NEGS had no consulting agreements or IR agreements that I could find in the filings.

Less than 2 weeks after taking over, on March 30, 2010 (same day that Robyn Bailey entered the picture), David LaFave filed an S-8 for the approval of shares to be issued for consulting services:

http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/person.asp?personId=100551359&privcapId=62319706&previousCapId=62319706&previousTitle=Global%20Green%20Resources,%20Inc.

To whom the consulting shares will be going to was not disclosed in the S-8 filing.

The very next 10Q filed on June 16, 2010 for the period ending April 30, 2010 shows that LaFave wasted no time in dishing out shares for consulting and Investor Relations.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7317193

In April 2010, the Company issued 4,500,000 common shares for the payment of $70,000 of consulting services.

In March 2010, the Company issued 4,500,000 common shares for the payment of $67,500 for consulting services.

In March, 2010, the Company issued 8,400,000 common shares with a fair market value of $226,000 to investor relations firms.

Again no disclosure is given to the public for who is receiving all of these shares.

Global Green Resources Inc was renamed NUBE Inc on the NEGS books

The issuing of millions of shares for consulting services and IR work continued:

On April 15, 2010, the Company issued 6,000,000 shares of common stock for the purchase of Nube, formerly known as GGR with a fair market value of $180,000.

On April 26, 2010, the Company issued 3,500,000 shares of common stock with a fair market value of $42,500 of which $22,500 (1,500,000 shares) was for debt conversion and the remaining $20,000 (2,000,000 shares) for consulting services.

On August 30, 2010, the Company issued 3,500,000 shares of common stock with a fair market value of $35,000 for consulting services.

On September 8, 2010, the Company issued 10,800,000 shares of common stock for consulting services with a fair market value of $150,120.

On October 27, 2010, the Company issued 8,000,000 shares of common stock with a fair market value of $56,000, of which $14,000 was for consulting services and $42,000 was for director compensation.

On November 23, 2010, the Company issued 1,500,000 common shares with a fair market value of $10,500 for consulting services.

Now all that being said I'm afraid I'm going to have to correct you on something

Global Green Resources Inc and Global Green Resources LLC are two different companies.

To be honest I'm not even sure where you made the connection between SRPX and Global Green Resources LLC. I must have missed something there.

I did find some suspicious connections between SRPX and Green Earth Strategies Inc, but that is another company all together:

--------------------

I'm not a big fan of SRPX because of some stuff I dug up from Joseph Caywood's past, but you'll have to map out for me how you made some of these possible connections you are listing.

thanks
