I haven't looked at SRPX since STDG announced the name change and Reverse Split on May 1, 2011, but prior to that I did some research and it looked to me like Joseph Caywood was taking over the shell to make a second try at (or run a rinse wash repeat of) a failed Mexican based waste disposal plant and waste to energy facility operation that he first attempted with IPWG back in 2004.
Here was a post I made back in April digging into Joseph Caywood's background and the immediate background of the STDG shell leading up to the name change.
I was not impressed then. Not sure what has happened here since May 1, 2011. After some initial hype it doesn't look like the share price has held up too well.
Boy what an ugly shell NEGS is. I see it is now on no bid. The warning signs were very bright on that one by early June that it was on its way to being parked on no bid.
Maybe I'll revisit this one in the coming days to see what can be learned now these many months later and see if I can help you make sense of some of the dots you have started connecting.
I'm not a big fan of SRPX because of some stuff I dug up from Joseph Caywood's past, but you'll have to map out for me how you made some of these possible connections you are listing.
