Maybe it's a bad idea to assume that "negotiation" will play an important role in getting Nokia to pay IDCC what their contract says is "fair and reasonable".

Only way you are going to get any blood out of a turnip is to squeeze that sucker until it bleeds.

IMO Nokia is a turnip, and the only way IDCC is going to collect what we deserve is to squeeze it until it bleeds.

Fuggeddabou "negotiation" when dealing with turnips. Only two things will move Nokia to pay up IMO. One is getting IDCC to take chump change in a "negotiated" settlement, and the other is for them to be squeezed into paying what an ICC Arbitration Award forces them to pay.

No I'm not confused. When I say months ago I'm talking about January when the evidentiary hearing took place. If they were let go prior or even after that hearing many would have thought things were going sour or went sour.
