I don't know what you are talking about. I simply made a clear distinction between arbitration and negotiation. The former is in the hands of a confidential board while the latter is in the hands of two parties, IDCC and NOK in this case.
Personally squeezing blood out of a turnip belongs to the latter, negotiations. I have nothing against, indeed I am for, squeezing Nokia hard.
So please meaningfully explain your point in the context of my post.

If you are saying to forget about negotiations in the case of NOK, then arbitration is the only route.
But...HG has been chastized, say fired, for not conducting negotiations properly, say too harshly!
So then...in your view, the matter should have been left entirely in arbitration and HG not fired???
So now I am confused by two senior members of this board.
