Vancouver was always the home of shyster stock promoters. When the old VSE brought in reforms, all the crooks went to the OTC.BB. The old Vancouver SC people actually opened an office by the SEC so they could help them identify and track some of the Vancouver scammers.
One day, when you have time.. check out the BB registry.. You'd be stunned by how many of the companies are registered in the very "regulation liberal" state of Nevada with the home office in Vancouver. As long as the SEC does not bother to effectively regulate the OTC market, the scammers will continue to make billions, and will continue to attract the well trained Vancouver crooks
