You'd be stunned by how many of the companies are registered in the very "regulation liberal" state of Nevada with the home office in Vancouver. As long as the SEC does not bother to effectively regulate the OTC market, the scammers will continue to make billions, and will continue to attract the well trained Vancouver crooks
