William48, do you think Appollosa tricked the EC into pushing the deposition back so that they can sneak this filing in about Mr.Thoma. I bet EC didn't think they were gonna try this, or they would have kept the pressure on with keeping the deposition schedule for today. But if the EC did know that they was gonna try to go after Mr. Thoma, the EC know that the judge is gonna deny this filing. Also didn't the judge mention insider trading in her opinion without any input from Mr Thoma? So she suspected insider trading with her own knowledge.No way she gonna grant this.IMO
