To HeadUp. No to your question. Our EC, at this point in time, is incapable of being tricked ... knowing full well the slime that they're dealing with. My feeling is that Walrath will not consent to the deposing of Mr. Thoma, as it has nothing to do with the issues at hand, and is simply proffered as a means to intimidate him (please see my prior post on this issue). By ANY measure (including that of Walrath's) Mr. Thoma is a HERO, and should not be made to sink to the level of of the scum now opposing us with their obscene pleadings.
