I'm betting that the Judge signs this order - if she hasn't already.

Why?
Nate filed an objection to the plan and supported his objection in court. Is everyone that files and objection and shows up in court subject to discovery and depostion. He is a private investor and not a member of the equity committee. In addition, wasn't it the EC (SG) that filed the discovery request with the court? They apparently complied with appaloosa's request.

To drkazmd: I'm betting that the judge won't. She was taken with what the attorney for TPS said to her at the hearing on February 8th (2 1/2 long months ago), at line 14, on page 70 of the transcript:

"Your Honor, I see in [the SNH's] papers a threat to subject Mr. Thoma to discovery. I don't represent Mr. Thoma but I would encourage the Court to -- in considering a request like that, to consider the value Mr. Thoma has brought to the process, the constructive way in which he's approached this. I think that's to be encouraged rather than beaten out of people through abusive discovery. But we'll see what's done."
