To drkazmd: I'm betting that the judge won't. She was taken with what the attorney for TPS said to her at the hearing on February 8th (2 1/2 long months ago), at line 14, on page 70 of the transcript:
"Your Honor, I see in [the SNH's] papers a threat to subject Mr. Thoma to discovery. I don't represent Mr. Thoma but I would encourage the Court to -- in considering a request like that, to consider the value Mr. Thoma has brought to the process, the constructive way in which he's approached this. I think that's to be encouraged rather than beaten out of people through abusive discovery. But we'll see what's done."
