The mere fact that those dastardly words have now come before the judge is another notch in getting Pandora's Box open. To me if the judge agrees with the S E C the point has been made. I like it. Eventually I can assure you .. the S E C has no choice but to deal with it. The first hurdle is over .. this is not solely about CMKX.

I think everyone enjoys and welcomes Frizzell's updates. Many folks though are joining this group because they've convinced themselves this hearing will be a showdown on naked shorting instead of its real purpose -- ie whether the stock's registration should be revoked/suspended due to delinquent filings. They probably don't comprehend when this agreement w/ him ends either.
