Gumpy I think the only thing we disagree on, and this would apply to a bunch of others as well, is naked short in regards to CMKX and maybe a few other pennies and subpennies.
As far as naked shorting in general, shorting against paper by toxic funders, and transparency to all regarding any short positions in any publicly traded company, I'll bet we all agree in principle.

Who knows the o/s with that stinker? No way it could be 950 bn as the rumor goes..not with the 4-5 penny price. did those shares get returned to CMKX and burned up? If not, that would make that co the most overvalued hunk of toilet paper in history!
