I am well aware of how a business is supposed to operate, considering my line of work is implementing Accounting Systems and POS software... you would be suprised where a lot of smaller "ma and pa shops" currently are in the technology world.
We both know Inca is hopefully doing this part of the business correctly, but it seems the only thing they do right is make it into magazines!
