There's more to it than that Matt. Even a few sales, require tracking your product line, cost of materials and labor, payable and receivables, etc. I'm sure Inca has adequate accounting in place. I think the accountants merely took advantage of the late filing, as they're the ones who are usually overwhelmed during tax season. IMHO....
