#16663 RE: Farmboynate #16661

Mark Leonard did tell me that in an email. Which is why I want the IR guy to email me the exact float numbers and the date in which the number was last known to be accurate.

I don't know how hard it is to figure out the answer but it shouldn't take too long

Precisely Farmboy. (Does anyone actually read what I have been posting for the last two weeks?) We'll just have to keep absorbing the shares. There is no way the float is the same; personally I believe it to be closer to 1.5bill after the slapping we took the other day. HOWEVER... with the proper catalyst and massive buying pressure this puppy will run. Of course, it would be a heck of a lot easier if the CEO would retire that dude's (I speculate Milton Ault's) shares.

1.) He needs to come clean with the share structure to share holders NOW.
2.) Let us run this puppy up to or above .01pps.
3.) After we exceed .01 they can sell all the shares they want. Just give us a month without conversion of preferreds!

Yes, and if it was a restricted share holder then Mark would know who it was and which he told me who but then retracked that statement to other people. Mark knows what is going on and is kind of acting like he doesn't. i am telling you this that there will be something happening and it may not be good for share holders and he needs to come clean with it.

If restrictive legend has been removed on ANY restricted stock they become part of the float whether they are sold or held!

Anything coming off restriction RAISES the FLOAT!

The classic definition of float is the issued and outstanding shares that are held by persons/institutions that are not affiliated with the company. By this definition, the float includes trading shares held in street name, unrestricted certificates, and restricted certificates.

Before you conclude that the CEO's explanation is BS, you might want to check to see if you and he are both using the same definition of "float".

I just bought my first shares in TYTN this morning, so trying to catch up with the posts here.
