Well, if the float is indeed 1.5 billion, that will be an awful thing. If it is, that means the CEO has knowingly been that untruthful? That would NOT be good.
I invested heavily in this co. after extensive DD. It seemed like a "no brainer". Great product, major sales possible, no debt, and a GREAT CEO with a proven track record.
What could go wrong?
If the CEO is being dishonest with SS. (which has not been proven, I may add) But, when you look at what this company has, and then look at the pps, well,
Something is wrong.
