More a case of as John Paul Jones said "We have not yet begun to fight." In truth they still have done NOTHING. I so hope that they will give a maximum effort to stay listed. Unfortunately this would involve Zheng looking after shareholders interest which he has not done in the last 2 months. I hate that I keep getting an infusion of hope just to get kicked in the groin time and time again. But hope I have again.

That may be correct -- at least they have not scurried away like RINO did.

However, there is no record of their having submitted a plan to become compliant. It is possible that they simply did not have enough time to produce a credible plan and they chose to go down this appeals route as a means of buying time to complete the plan. That is looking at the situation with rose-colored glasses, of course. They could also be buying time to loot the company while appearing to be law-abiding citizens. At this point it is only guesswork.

It is amazing that they hired a first class PR firm and yet have said absolutely nothing during this episode. The lawyers are surely telling them that if they open their mouths their words may come back to haunt them. But that is not the only consideration at play here. Management has a responsibility to keep shareholders informed, and their silence only leads us to draw the most pessimistic conclusions.

They business is still growing, they are actively hiring, and i have been assured by management that the company is fine and Cheng Zheng personally thank us for our support.

He also personally said no more board of directors will resign at this time. Only the outsiders did ( Mr lam, dorothy).

Talked to Ping Luo and she stands firm by her research.


IMO, maybe short term the uncertainty will cause some volatility in the stock.


But over the long term CCME is still a viable company.

I am thinking of adding shares pending price and nasdaq outcome.


I am sure first day of trading the stock will be down =)
