While we latch on to any glimmer of hope because most of us are halted in a long position and need to believe...the reality is that if the intent was really to fight it would have started long ago...say maybe with an actual $30M purchase of shares and concrete divi details.

Assuming he has not sold his shares illicitly (without filing notices), Zheng as the largest shareholder would be fighting for HIS OWN interests by trying to keep the company listed. How safe the previous assumption is remains to be seen.
