Well, as usual I am confused. Did nasdaq issue a de-listing notice for failure to file 10-K, or because CCME failed to file a "Compliance Plan"? (for the 10-K) So, with this appeal, what will they be submitting? A "compliance plan"? I am sure if they would of put in a timely matter that they could not meet the "compliance plan deadline", nasdaq would of gave them time.
Does not make sense to me to wait until a de-listing notice, and THEN appeal that...Can anyone help me with this mess?
Maybe they are going to give a timeline of how long for the audit to get done. But they could of put that in the failed "compliance plan deadline", it was only a week difference...
