Also, a company would love to merge with GRDO not just for any assets but maybe to elliminate competition....good way to get rid of any competition before they get a big bite ....WOOF!
Contract law is not that simple. The statement that I quoted is a huge red flag on potential litigation....at least to me. DM may have expressed himself in an unprofessional manner (to put it mildly), but he appears to have reason to have cried foul on a breach of contract.
