With all due respect, why is the TA gagged? Can you tell me the
current share structure for KNSC? Why not? Personally, through years of
experience I would not invest in a stock with whom a CEO chooses to
keep the share structure hidden from view-- transparency is key!
Second, answer my question regarding 1,000% increase in value as a
compelling reason for investors to BUY ....AND, for an investor to
be JUSTIFIED in accumulating when YOU CEO just told you he will
be R/S by "up to" that figure?
If I wanted to invest in this pos, I'd wait to see his lies become
reality. Go look back at all the PR's this CLOWN put out & tell me
how business-related items have come to pass-- all you need to know.
AFTER he R/S the stock then with LESS risk I can have the benefit
of more hindsight & invest if it makes sense. THERE IS ZERO REASON--
imho-- to hold this stock right now, ZERO!!!
The R/S is coming. Do some research on what typically happens to
stocks that have announced & executed a R/S...let me know what
you find--- CARNAGE!!! LOSSES!!! Massive losses. For EVERY
1,000,000 share you own they will have been reduced to !,000 &
your pps will certainly decline after the R/S. Mark these words, I
have ZERO incentive, reason or desire to lie to you-- verify what
I am saying.
Do some research & prove me wrong!! There is no upside to holding
except that you are emotionally attached to a stock that is going
to CERTAINLY devalue your bank account!!
That is MY OPINION but I am pretty certain I am right!! Ken
already got disbarred for shady activities & is too smart to get
busted so he is playing the game by the book (only enough screwing
that he won't get caught for anything illegal although imv
the pennystock games that CEO's play ought to be-- it is stealing!
imho)
This stock needs to trade at over $0.001 & hold it both before the
R/S & after. The 20B soon-to-be O/S (if not there already) means
that the company has a Market Cap Value of $20Million, really???
Where? It ain't going to happen!! This POS isn't worth 2Million
as currently constituted. Look at the filings to see how much
money he will be paying himself & "EARNING" SOON, do some digging,
do some research & you will see for yourself.
Save ur money, as much as you can before this goes to NO BID &
the R/S happens, if things improve & you still love the stock-- by all
means buy it up!! At least you will be buying a subsequent crash in
pps & hopefully a DIP (if you are lucky) as opposed to the dead-fish
you got now!!
