Ok Niko,
I don't think that you are out to save the world from a money loser/taker as you see Ken to be, let me get that out there first but you seem a little misinformed.
First there may be an R/S but from the news I have gathered I doubt this will take place.
From the conversation I have had with people in the know the Green Smart store is moving along well ( a large gas fireplace has been removed that belonged to prior tenants ) and the money has been spent for the buildout.
Additional francies will move forward all the more quickly as the monetary potential is realized at the opening. Offers are on the table and it is just a matter of locations for the stores.
Though the website is a little questionable this will change as the stores move ahead and offers Green health and childs products. Ken is aware of the things that are selling and what will make the stores successful.
Patents: some are in final stages and still moving forward. With any product there will be a negotiations for distribution. Ken has experience with the search for the best deals and WILL make the most of these opportunities. $$$$$
If you are out for the quick buck or the turn and burn like a waiter in a restaurant jump off this ship but if you have invested your descision was a smart one
