Hi Niko, You & I have been reading the same book. The letter I received was to Non consenting shareholder which means, I'm going to stick it to you because I can. I went to the Jerry Mahoney school of how to SCAM THE SHAREHOLDERS. Ken's Green company is GREEN for him thanks to OUR wallets. I've said this before. An R/S only benefits the company owners. Some try to defend Ken saying he can't sell his shares & he wouldn't benefit from an R/S.If he wouldn't benefit from an R/S, WHY IS HE DOING IT ? His shares were worthless when he took them, he can't lose what he never had. I have been a shareholder now bagholder since this company's inception. In my opinion the people pumping this stock are trying to recover their investment or flip it. In either case I can't blame them. It is very frustrating reading the comments of some on this board defending the actions or inaction of this CEO. This is a one man circus. At one point I had faith in Ken but time has shown me otherwise.
