The float is certainly small.The way this trades on level 2 tells me that.
I picked up 2 mil in the middle 2s,flipped 700K to reduce the risk,leaving me 1.3 mil now held.
It will now be on watch for any significant opportunity to add cheap.

This is the type of stock I look for on the pennies.The main reason is it's not being sold into by anyone as far as I can tell.That leaves only us retail kicking it around until hopefully the news hits.

As for Porter's past,ancient history as far as I'm concerned.
Although one poster in particular keeps bringing it up.Wonder if it has anything to do with him buying at the top? Oh well,live and learn.

The goal of the "new company" is to get on one of the larger exchanges and look for institutional investors?
Then a reverse split would not only be necessary but almost automatic.

bysd Is not selling into the float right now ..They are retail shares trading ...meaning we ,us ,on this board trading shares with each other..and others watching the stock waiting for the reverse merger filings...
