How so? If you go by the last known share structure numbers of 2.5 billion O/S and a 400 million float, those numbers would be perfectly fine if the companies revenues and value was high enough to justify that SS.
You have companies like Citi Group that have 29 billion O/S and a 28 billion float that are trading at $5 + dollers a share. They have the income though to justify a share structure like that.
Ours is perfectly inline with a company that could be bringing in 10s of millions, if not more in revenues...
