There is ZERO chance of a R/S as there is ZERO need of it. The CEO owns something like 94% of the commom shares of this company, which is one reason the stock trades so thin, as if the float is tiny, as it technically is as most of the free trading shares are locked up by the CEO.

If he wanted to improve the share structure, he could cancel a large precent of his shares and still own a fully controling stake in the company, which would reduice any dilution.
