THIS POS co. cannot go anywhere till the lock is removed!! I think the CEO lied about the payment of a dividend!! Who the hell has ever heard of a penny stock paying a dividend??....This is out and out fraud and this is probably why the DTC locked the shares!!...And she should go to jail!!... everyone else invested here is stuck too unless they all bought at .0001.... anyone who bought above .0002 is stuck to unless thay want to take a big loss!! I feel sorry for the people that said they were still buying at .0003 & .0004 because their shares were not locked.... I would think that would of been a very HUGE RED FLAG!!...

Won't matter when her shares are available, it'll be no bid long before that.
