I couldn't find the date she issued herself the 2.3 billion shares but they were issued between the earliest Jan-1-2010 to the latest June-30-2010, somewhere within those 6 months of last year.

So they could already be unrestricted or the latest they could come off restriction would be this June 30th.


I think she would have to file with the sec in order to start selling them in the open market, although I could be wrong as I though she had to file in order to issue them as well but couldn't find any SEC filings to confirm the exact date she issued them.
