Wrong, you can't buy at .0065 right now. The guy holding the shares knows they are worth at least .01 so why the heck would he sell lower than that?

Shares are going to be frozen because the shareholders (us), aren't willing to let them go for less than a cent.

The pps will get there.

The old offer was obviously made in good faith. Your claim is simply false. The company cannot help the fact that not a single stockholder was willing to sell stock anywhere near the market price.

While the tone seems to be 'Down', I think what Razor is saying actually makes some sense.
At first glance, it really seems to be another go around like we had before. If you get down in to it, though, there are distinct diferences, as pointed out by others on the board (Punk, for one).
There is a definite price attached to this offer with a firm share count.

What I don't understand is why US News is doing this, instead of just excercising their right to purchase on the open market. Puzzling, considering the current pps.

Maybe they know that in order to get the volume they want, they have to move up. Maybe there is a short position that they are trying to root out. Maybe they just want to jumpstart the pps so they can make money on their options sooner. I don't know, the next few releases will hopefully shed some light.

Try not to think of Razor as someone who is against the Longs, but as someone who is just trying to point out how people on the other side are seeing these developments. A lot of what he says does make sense.
