But why isn't their a mad dash for shares right now at a price much less that what US News is offering? You can buy right now at $.0065, a 35% discount to what US News is offering. The last PR hurt the company's credibility. Black never had any intention of buying back shares from shareholders so he shouldn't have even released the previous PR. IMHO GLTA
