Cutler should have been permanently banned from the brokerage business. He should have been hit with a bigger fine. Perhaps by now he has no money left, but he may have hidden some away.

And if any of his offenses could be considered criminal, he should be prosecuted, but of course FINRA can't do that. They could, of course, recommend the case to law enforcement.

Since you do not have proof that any of the naked short selling took place...how would you comment on the fact EIGH never had $40M in windfall, divi never paid, false and misleading PRs, monk den never acquired, store never opened, deadlines never met etc...(to which there is proof to).

From what I have gathered, you seem to dodge a lot my replies (not that I care to honest), still, I will leave this one here...why not :-)
