Since you do not have proof that any of the naked short selling took place...how would you comment on the fact EIGH never had $40M in windfall, divi never paid, false and misleading PRs, monk den never acquired, store never opened, deadlines never met etc...(to which there is proof to).

From what I have gathered, you seem to dodge a lot my replies (not that I care to honest), still, I will leave this one here...why not
