Thank you so much for the update.

When I asked about the sell-off, George said an initial shareholder is "shorting the stock out" (direct quote). I confirmed that this seller is someone who had an initial stake in the company and is selling those shares, not an actual shorter borrowing shares to sell.

So this may explain the confusion on this board between company being shorted and Detailman's info about the seller.

ie: It seems George doesn't understand what shorting is, and used the term incorrectly to refer to the seller dumping on the open market, driving the price down

Great follow up.... George's numbers don't agree with what we have in the Intro Message, which was verified on Feb 28 with the TA...

The float had been at 229 million before the financing agreement which added 500 million to it... That 500m should be restricted but they were never said to be... I believe the Authorized is 5b

Look the os shares are 3.2 billion thats a market cap of about 10 million.the float is 729 million of which 500 is with an investor who is funding the company for 1.5 million(thats long term) for you day traders. The private placement is for present shareholders and accredited investors only. The CEO is flying back from europe and i expect great news next week. The stock is extremely undervalued. Its a strong buy
