Don, agreed. I didn't mention the filing numbers on the phone as I was surprised at the quote and was curious about the discrepancy. I will follow-up when Tom Cook replies to my email with an official SS quote.
re: Restricted shares, technically I believe they would not be part of the float until the restriction lift, but I'm not sure of that. They would certainly be reflected in the OS.
BOOSJIM, can you confirm that the restricted shares you mentioned were part of this 30% discount buy-in?
