It could well be. But if Knobbe see the $$$ they can do a swifty like PL did to SL. Knobbe can use there legal knowledge to out smart PL and get the Pat's for a lot cheaper by forcing XMDCQ to Chap 7.
Who Knobbe are owed $$ and will be the first in line for the Pat's.
