I agree. The schedules that Darwin provided show that Knobbe are creditors and that the assets are the patents that have a market value. To me it confirms the ownership of the patents and that there is a dollar value owed to Knobbe. If there is a significant market value all is good. I really think that this is an effort to get SL's signature and compliance.
