Listen Gil is a con man and a thief.He has never came thru on one promise all of his companies have failed he has no proven track record that would warrant anyone trusting this slime ball. I feel you Jersey..But I tend to lean towards doubting Thomas. Will the new company that has created value for both parties be in a position to pay salaries and expenses from operations..without needing to sell shares?

the only value imo is if slaton gets out of the way and let's ethical, competent and intelligent management take control of the company and deal - otherwise, i feel this will be a total loss for all who have been waiting - waiting and waiting with so many empty words of hope. i don;t believe he will do the right thing, which he never has anyway. i am finished. slaton was told on saturday to call me by end of day sunday. no call. as far as i am concerned, i have written this off as a total loss and am going forward with legal process. everyone - don't worry - it will not "screw up" the deal - there is no deal. bubba could be meeting gs soon. watch what is about to happen......
