I wish I were at liberty to discuss the entire situation, but your assumptions are flawed, and I am frustrated by the restrictions I have in being unable to explain the situation to you. All I can say is that we will be in a far stronger position as shareholders of the combined company post-merger than we ever were in the past or had any hope of being in the future under the past operating scenario. This truly is a merger which will create value for both parties involved.
