the only value imo is if slaton gets out of the way and let's ethical, competent and intelligent management take control of the company and deal - otherwise, i feel this will be a total loss for all who have been waiting - waiting and waiting with so many empty words of hope. i don;t believe he will do the right thing, which he never has anyway. i am finished. slaton was told on saturday to call me by end of day sunday. no call. as far as i am concerned, i have written this off as a total loss and am going forward with legal process. everyone - don't worry - it will not "screw up" the deal - there is no deal. bubba could be meeting gs soon. watch what is about to happen......
