Also, company could discuss "possible" negotiations with other companies, name current clients (credibility), provide more detailed background about the new company and all of its subsidiaries (United Mortgage Bankers included).
We've seen most of the revenues in PR's but maybe not all of them. If company is planning something important, wouldn't be surprised if we were told around the time of a filing. Seen that happen many times before.
I'm just hoping for a 10-K, not saying it's going to happen this month.
