Mugs; It doesn't matter if they file their 10K on time or not, they are "PINK". Pink Sheet Stocks are not required to report, and to get "Relisted" back on the BB and back into "Reporting Status" they have to catch up the last 5 years of 10K's & Q's, Since there was no Symbol and CUSIP Change. Sure getting financials out for the past year would be nice to see, but it's not going to have any impact, (In my Opinion), unless they get "Relisted".
