FWIW, IF I were in Gene's position, I'd have the lawsuit papers ready to be served on Gil the MOMENT the PR is released... ready to claim my owed-debt + 15% and take HIS EVERY DIME in PUNITIVE DAMAGES if his checkbook was NOT opened & IN HIS HAND writing a check for owed-debt + 20%! double - i don;t think the words "honor", "honest", "truthful", etc. are in the gsi dictionary. more likely, "lie", "cheat", and "steal" are the ones you would find. i went to law school and know a lot of lawyers. i waited a long time to do this, trying ever harder to believe what i was being told, but my patience is at an end. i am taking your advice and i will get my money from him or them one way or another.
