keep the board informed Gene. I think you will feel much better in the end. With any attorney at least you will get some form of communication from Gil and company. Too bad it had to end up like this. you Gave plenty of time and effort to get your responce from the company and all they did was take your money and shun you.

Gene..Make sure you get good ol HARD CASH from GSI or GIl himself. Don't get conned into taking shares. You might find yourself happy to have all these shares but angry when you have a hard time getting rid of them at an equal value to the loaned money with intrest. Remember you already have shares, and you are promised more...CASH IS KING!!!
