#102260 RE: Corp_Buyer #102253

Thank you for your input ..as to your question regarding the 1994-2002 lost monies..You may have need of a Forensic Accountant to compute..If your personal Damages were sufficient..it may well serve you to engage an Attorney and follow his direction. But would you not be able to partially recoup some of those losses by acting on your belief that IDCC will collect the sums that IDCC Management provided in prior guidance , by adding to your current IDCC stock position on Monday? Surely you do not believe that a $500 million 1X victory, with an added $80 Million for each of 2005 and 2006 is reflected in the current price of the stock?

P.S...My $80 million or Total of $160 million is based on the assumption that since S/E has advanced $28 million to IDCC for their 2005-2006 2G sales..and currently Nokia and Samsung sell some 9X more 2G units than S/E.

Now, will you please answer my question to you: "how much did IDCC lose that was due from Ericy, from 1994-2002 given the (apparently fair and mutually agreed) 0.5% royalty rate? TIA."

"how the Ericsson settlement translates to ACTUAL DOLLAR NUMBERS..when applied to Nokia and Samsung?" - I agree with IDCC's (and your) $ indications in this regard for Phase 2 roaylties due. Indeed, I am relying on our management's guidance as to the amounts due from Nok and Samsung and have no reason to think otherwise.
