"how the Ericsson settlement translates to ACTUAL DOLLAR NUMBERS..when applied to Nokia and Samsung?" - I agree with IDCC's (and your) $ indications in this regard for Phase 2 roaylties due. Indeed, I am relying on our management's guidance as to the amounts due from Nok and Samsung and have no reason to think otherwise.

However, I do suspect that our management has made another horrible mistake in dealing with Nok by their failure to reach a business settlement with Nok 2 years ago, just as they apparently failed to do with Ericy many years before the very disappointing end result.

Now, will you please answer my question to you: "how much did IDCC lose that was due from Ericy, from 1994-2002 given the (apparently fair and mutually agreed) 0.5% royalty rate? TIA."
