While that is true, the stock at this price is a deal without this bid. The market cap is below TDGI's library value, so it's not exactly a risky venture here to pick up some shares in case it does happen. I've been here for a while and was loaded on shares simply for all the other stuff TDGI has going on besides this. If we had run to astronomical market caps then sure... but we are right now barely at the value of the library alone.

You are right but we hold an Ace--Eric. A Leader in the field, well known and respected. The judge on that alone could give us the winning deal. In any event, I'm sure we will be involved in alot of great deals in the years to come even, if this does not work out.. I'm in for the long haul. Go TDGI!!

Obviously not a done deal. However, TDGI will at minimum gain some exposure to some deep pockets finance types. TDGI's market cap going into today was just under $25MM. Now they are apparently working with a group that thinks they can be a player in the Blockbuster sweepstakes to the tune of $300MM or so. Very deep pockets relative to TDGI's current capitalization - that alone sounds very good to me.

Of course Blockbuster at this point is not guaranteed. However, the thought that a much leaner BlockBuster that could be acquired through the bankruptcy process, could be an enormous coup for a small company like TDGI.

Eric has the hedge fund contacts, if they can find a way, to actually pull this off, and get Blockbuster and get it with virtually no debt, this will make Hannover House and instant player in the entertainment industry.

What else would this do, this would make Hannover House a preferred target for film producers to give their films to. Why you ask, because this would virtually guarantee a quality distribution of their films.

This is certainly not a done deal, but the thought of this could make TDGI an enormous player almost instantly in the entertainment industry.
