Thats what im saying. Give it to a guy with a $20m higher bid, or to a company $20m lower, that has a proven business model in the industry and has ties to 20th century Fox and more. Dont think for one second that the judge wont think about life after death for Blockbuster. It makes to much sense for TDGI not to have the upper hand here and IMO get this done.
