Obviously not a done deal. However, TDGI will at minimum gain some exposure to some deep pockets finance types. TDGI's market cap going into today was just under $25MM. Now they are apparently working with a group that thinks they can be a player in the Blockbuster sweepstakes to the tune of $300MM or so. Very deep pockets relative to TDGI's current capitalization - that alone sounds very good to me.
