Does anybody know FOR SURE that Susman is still actively involved in this case and will eventually show up IN COURT to help out shareholders? This is relevant and shouldn't be deleted.
As much as I want to agree with you, you should slow your horses down because we were thinking the same thing about the Examiner. Remember how some of us thought it was in the bag because he only asked for a limited time extension and that everyone was cooperating because he did not have to subpoena anyone? I think we need to assume that they will hide and confuse before implicating themselves, until proven otherwise.
