I agree with you DJ. You don't know how many penny stocks I've played where the company releases Estimated Revenues of $10,000,000. The PPS goes bonkers for 3 days and then comes crashing down when it is realized that it is estimated for the year 2020!!!

1. You are wrong here. Have you never seen a buy at the bid and a sell at the ask? It happens all the time...
2. The t trades ARE dilution by definition. Not ALL dilution is bad though, in exchange for equities. Companies go public for one reason...to raise capital. It's what they do with the capital that matters (equity for liabilities).
3. The chart does look good and it does move easy because the t trades are most likely restricted shares going to an investor for equitiy. Most likely it's a prearranged ordeal that would have no effect on the trading patterns as has been shown. Shares ARE entering the market it is just to a prearranged buyer so it makes no difference.
4. Flippers make no difference in a share price making gains or losses. If a stock sits at zero volume, it just doesn't move. It is long accumulating from flippers that matters IMO.

What is really goin to matter is what has BFHJ recieved for these shares, why, and how long are they restricted
