1. Whether or not a trade is red or green only has to do with it's relation to the bid or ask. Bid transactions are red, and ask transactions are green. That is all.
2. If the company was diluting into the market for cash, they'd be doing so at the ask to get more money for each share, not low of day or bid. They would also be releasing PRs to artificially inflate PPS. Again, not happening.
3. The PPS has been very stable the last 12 weeks, trading between 14-17 with occasional highs and lows. It moves on very little volume. These two facts, coupled with the acc/dist line, shows the shares are, without any doubt, NOT entering the market. If they were, we'd be swimming against the tide.
4. Flippers are keeping the volume high enough to stay where we are. Without flippers, the MMs would probably have the opportunity to drag this puppy into trips. The flippers are keeping volume high enough to keep extreme MM manipulation at bay. While pocket change "two tic" flipps suck for sustained growth, I believe they've helped us churn here and accumulate so well.
So please, stop with the DILUTION crap. We know the Ts are being held somewhere. We don't know by who... whether it's good or bad... but we know they are not in the open market.
Everyone settle down until we get any real info.
